Rental Fees (as of June 2026)
Meeting room (25 persons max, 2 hours max)
- Lansdale Borough-based organization/nonprofit: Flat $50
- Outside of Lansdale Borough: Flat $75
Event Venue (125 persons max)
- Lansdale Borough-based organization/nonprofit: $50/hr., 3 hours minimum (including setup and breakdown)
- Organization outside of Lansdale Borough: $75/hr., 3 hours minimum (including setup and breakdown)
- Private event: $100/hr., 3 hours minimum (including setup and breakdown)
- Large-scale event (weddings, etc., with vendors/alcohol): $100/hr., 10 hours minimum (entire day, including setup and breakdown)
- For all events: $250 deposit against damage, fully refundable if left in same condition as received
The Basics
- Rentals include room, tables and chairs only.
- Current supply is 80 chairs, ten 60-inch round tables, plus three 6-foot rectangular tables for serving. More can be rented (we recommend Rental World in Lansdale).
- TV screen and PA system available on request — please inquire.
- Building is ADA accessible, with ADA-compliant men’s and women’s restrooms
- Event insurance is required; if serving alcohol, host liquor liability must be added. Contact your insurance agent for details.
- Our one main request: Leave the Freight House as you found it. Any damage or unusual cleaning will be charged against your deposit.
- Please remove your own trash.
- We will be adjusting rental fees as we gain experience. The fee you will be charged is the fee in effect at the time you make your advance rental deposit.
